Deleting it yourself
Sign in, open the control panel, and choose to close your account. Access ends immediately, and everything is permanently deleted 30 days later. Nothing is kept hidden in the meantime — you can undo it during those 30 days by asking us.
Asking for a copy
Most of what we hold is visible in your dashboard, though there is no download. If you want a copy of anything, message us on WhatsApp and say what you need.
Correcting something
Details read from a document can be edited in the dashboard by anyone with review access. Your name, phone number and email can be changed in account settings. If something is wrong that you cannot reach, tell us.
Removing one person
Your Admin can remove a user from the control panel at any time. That ends their access immediately; the documents they submitted stay with your company, because they are your company's records.
How long we take
We answer requests as quickly as we can and within 30 days. If a request would take longer, we will tell you why.
